Terms of Use
By logging into SAMProspect or SAMSales, you agree to use the SAMSales or SAMProspect Service in a courteous and respectful manner, and so as to not violate the law, to misuse the proprietary information or property of others, or to make publications which are threatening or defamatory or otherwise injurious to the safety, business or reputation of Intersoft or others. You agree to be responsible for the actions of any person to whom you provide login information for the Service. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, You also agree not to do any of the following:
" Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit or use any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
" Indicate as 'Opted In' any person who has not expressly agreed to be contacted by any means including email, concerning the current or future projects of the developer;
" Remove the Opted- Out checkmark on any person's record except where that person has expressly requested this action..
" Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit or use any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
" Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of inappropriate solicitation;
" Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
" Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
" Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, provincial, state, national or international law or any regulation having the force of law.

Prohibited Uses
User agrees not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Intersoft for use in accessing the Service. User shall not resell the Intersoft Service to third parties, in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, User shall only use the Service for its own User's Data.

User agrees that it will not attempt to access, download, copy or otherwise use any information provided by the Service that User is not authorized to access. If, however, User or any User authorized by User does access, receive or otherwise obtain any such unauthorized information, then User agrees to treat such information as strictly confidential and promptly notify Intersoft, and not to download, copy, transmit or otherwise use any of such unauthorized information, except as may be expressly authorized by Intersoft.

In the event of a change of User or theft of equipment, immediately call 604.739.4099 and send an email to support@intersoft.ca so that any passwords can be changed.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.
USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:
USER'S USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. INTERSOFT MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT INTERSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, USER'S DATA, FAILURE TO REALIZE EXPECTED SAVINGS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF INTERSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (II) PROGRAMMING OR IMPLEMENTATION ERRORS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR USER'S DATA.
